These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of TymLogged, operated by Webfascia Digital Solutions ('we', 'our', or 'us'). By creating an account, joining a workspace, or otherwise using TymLogged, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using TymLogged on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. 'You' and 'your' refer to both you personally and that organisation.

TymLogged is a cloud-based timesheet and project management platform that provides:

• Time registration tools for logging project-specific labour and activities.
• Approval workflows for internal and external verification of billable hours.
• Invoice generation and financial reporting for client billing.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

To use TymLogged, you must register for an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorised access or suspected security breach.

You must not share your account credentials, create accounts using automated means, or impersonate any person or entity.

You agree to use TymLogged only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its related systems.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
• Use the service to store or transmit sensitive personal data beyond what is required for normal business operations.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of TymLogged.
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written consent.

TymLogged is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for your chosen plan, as displayed at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle.
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in our refund policy.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle.
• If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry for a reasonable period before suspending your account.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that date.

TymLogged and all associated software, designs, trademarks, and content are the exclusive property of Webfascia Digital Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use TymLogged for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription. You retain all ownership rights to your own data (timesheet entries, project information, etc.) and we claim no intellectual property rights over it.

Your use of TymLogged is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

TymLogged is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• Any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe.
• The service will meet all of your specific business requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webfascia Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of TymLogged, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law.

Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. We will delete your workspace data within 90 days of termination, subject to legal retention obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify workspace administrators of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect and will update the 'Last updated' date on this page. Your continued use of TymLogged after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
